Experienced real estate developers Bramham Properties and HCT Homes have a solid track record of delivering quality residential developments and are now undertaking a project to revive the old Unite building, known as the Transport House.
Transport House, which has secure parking at the rear, was acquired with a building permit under the development rights authorized to convert the office building into 37 residential units.
Bramham Properties and HCT Homes are working with Sandwell Council to increase the number of salable units to 45. These units range from studios, one bedroom and beautiful duplexes.
The promoters say that the Victoria Street building is full of potential and will undoubtedly be an asset for the sector. It is in the city center regeneration area and Transport House is one of the many projects underway in West Bromwich.
Bramham Properties and HCT Homes say they make sure homes are energy efficient with materials being as responsible as possible.
