CÓRDOBA, Argentina, November 18, 2020 / PRNewswire / – The City of Cordoba, Argentina (that “city“) announced that its declaration of consent (the”letter of acceptance“) in respect of its 7.875% bonds due in 2024 (the”original Securities“) has today (the”Effective Date“). The conditions of the declaration of consent are in the declaration of consent dated October 18, 2020 (as amended from time to time, which “Declaration of consentTerms used but not defined herein have the meaning assigned to them in the declaration of consent.

According to the request for consent, the city paid the Consent Consideration on the Effective Date to the Consent Holders who validly gave their approval of the proposed changes and related waivers before the deadline and did not revoke which consents were accepted by the city . The total amount of the Consent Fee paid was US$ 1,534,130.46. All other conditions for the execution of the declaration of consent were met on or before the effective date.

On the Effective Date, the original Securities were amended and reformulated (the “Changed securities“) and the proposed changes and related waivers went into effect. The amended securities reflect the new face value of US$ 155,657,000, including US$ 5,657,000 interest accrued on the total payment in kind as specified in the consent form added to each holder’s outstanding balance at the time November 16, 2020 and in accordance with the rounding convention specified in the declaration of consent. On the Effective Date, all holders entitled to receive the changed securities would be credited with those changed securities to the same account with the main clearing system that they used to hold their securities prior to the change.
